Our battery box not only gives you a place to mount your battery, but it also covers the original swingarm pivot point on your original frame as well as the cut off tubes left from cutting your frame, leaving you with a very "finished" appearance. The tanks are 100% TIG welded.īattery Box- We have designed a truly unique battery box for our frames. We pressure test the tanks for leaks prior to shipping. It has domed end caps on both sides, return line bungs on the top, feed line bung on the bottom and we added an extra drain bung to the left side for changing oil. It mounts in 3 locations and comes with all of the mounting hardware and bracket pre-welded to the frame. Oil Tank- We build our own oil tanks specifically for this frame. All of the tubing and axle plates are TIG welded. Our kit has gussets pre-fit and welded to the hardtail section so you can weld it to the bottom of your frame as well as the top. Cheap Chinese made kits weld only to the top and rely on only the transmission bolts to hold the bottom in place. Our kit uses the lower two transmission bolts to line up the frame on the bottom and welds to the top AND the bottom.
